Logic--is a system, or mode, of reasoning
Analogy-an analogy is a way of comparing things.
An analogy is a comparison between two different things. Frequently an unfamiliar object or idea will be explained through a comparison to a familiar one.
Rhetorical Devices-a use of language that creates a literary effect (but often without regard for literal significance).
Literal- real, primary meaning of a term, free from exaggeration or embellishment
Figurative- language used in a non-literal way to express a relationship between unlike things in order to provide new or fresh insights.
