Reread Act II Romeo and Juliet in Class
Complete Romeo and Juliet Packet by Friday 5/24
Plan, memorize and present a recitation (e.g., poem, selection from a speech or dramatic soliloquy) that: conveys the meaning of the selection and includes appropriate performance techniques (e.g., tone, rate, voice modulation) to achieve the desired aesthetic effect. (9th or 10th grade.)
Recite Monologues, Soliloquys
Conduct short as well as more sustained research projects to answer a question (including a self-generated question) or solve a problem; narrow or broaden the inquiry when appropriate; synthesize multiple sources on the subject, demonstrating understanding of the subject under investigation.  
Draft of 6 page  Research Paper due Monday 5/20 for Peer Review   1500 Words, Triple Space, Works Cited List, Parenthetical Citations ( use Easybib.com or Son of Citation Maker) 


Final Draft due  by 5 PM 5/26 to Turnitin.com

    1. on 1 side write the fact, quote or point
    2. on the oppsote side write the citation in MLA Format
    3. use Easybib.com to build your citation, cut and paste on slide
      1. if you do not have internet and printing access at home go to LACER, the College Center, or The Learning Center
